Marine Renewable Energy—Integral Cosponsors Ocean Renewable Energy Conference

Integral Consulting Inc. (Integral) is cosponsoring the Ocean Renewable Energy Conference (OREC) 2018 on September 18 and 19 in Portland, Oregon. Organized by the Pacific Ocean Energy Trust, OREC 2018 will cover policy, permitting, federal budgeting, technology updates, and other areas of interest to the marine renewable energy industry. Integral Principal Craig Jones, Ph.D., and Senior Consultant Grace Chang, Ph.D., will attend the conference.

This premier marine energy conference will feature two tracks—marine hydrokinetics and offshore wind—as well as joint sessions that cover topics relevant to the two sectors.

Together, Drs. Jones and Chang have decades of experience in the field of marine science specializing in modeling, data analysis, environmental site characterization, technology development, and marine and hydrokinetic energy projects. They have extensive experience developing and implementing software tools and guidance to support the marine renewable energy industry and optimize ocean energy conversion systems.
