Integral Consulting Inc. Establishes Subsidiary in Mexico

Integral Consulting Inc. (Integral) has expanded its services into Mexico with the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary, Parábolas Consulting, S. de R.L. de C.V., in Mexico City. Integral’s new subsidiary is part of the firm’s strategic commitment to support energy development in Mexico.

An integrated science and engineering company, Integral offers multidisciplinary services including environmental assessment, site characterization, oceanographic studies and modeling, marine sciences and engineering, metocean data acquisition and assessment, and regulatory strategy and support.

The firm also recently expanded its successful teaming relationship with several other companies forming the InTELA2 consortium to support oil and gas exploration in Mexican waters of the southern Gulf of Mexico. The team combines strong experience conducting environmental, social, and health impact assessment screening and scoping studies for offshore environments with extensive project experience in Mexico and the global presence and bench strength of a full-service engineering and science firm. Together, the InTELA2 team brings more than 40 years of experience working in infrastructure, oil and gas, industrial facilities, manufacturing, and international development projects in Mexico. Other team members include Tetra Tech Inc., the Enco Group, and Agile Sustainability Management.
