Employee Promotions Recognize Talent and Include New Client Services Division

Integral Consulting Inc. announces several promotions within the company. The promotions include the establishment of a new position of Vice President of Client Services as well as recognition of scientists and administrative staff who contributed to the firm’s success in 2009. Despite a challenging economic climate, the company grew last year—adding a geochemistry and mining group to the Denver, Colorado office and continuing to acquire new scientific talent in the company’s Honolulu, Hawaii and Annapolis, Maryland offices.

The promotions include:
Rosalind Schoof, Ph.D., DABT, Vice President Client Services. Serving as a company principal since 2002, Dr. Schoof is a board-certified toxicologist with more than 25 years of experience in assessing human health effects and exposures to chemical substances in air, groundwater, soil, and surface water. She is a noted expert in assessing exposures to arsenic and metals and has published more than 30 papers in her field. She was recently appointed to the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Model Toxics Control Act science panel. As Vice President of Client Services, she will be responsible for overseeing service area direction and development.

William Cutler, P.G., Principal. Integral’s Hawaii office is headed by William Cutler, a senior project manager who has been providing environmental consulting services in Hawaii and across the United States for the past 23 years. Mr. Cutler has managed remediation liabilities for $50 million projects and has extensive experience in developing and managing strategic remediation programs for complex sites—including those under Superfund, RCRA, and state-led programs. He is skilled in negotiating settlements and enforcement orders and has managed strategies and financial reserving for portfolios of environmental liability sites.

Jennifer Sampson, Certified Senior Ecologist, ESA, Senior Managing Scientist. Ms. Sampson has led several key projects at Integral and is known for her strong technical and communications skills. Her 18 years of project experience have included ecological risk assessment, sediment toxicity investigations, natural resource damage assessment, habitat restoration, ecological research, development of aquatic systems monitoring strategies, and development of remedial investigations and feasibility studies under Superfund.

Jane Sexton, Managing Scientist. A highly regarded logistician and specialist in aquatic sampling and sediment quality evaluations, Ms. Sexton has 18 years of experience directing numerous field projects related to the ecological effects of toxic chemicals in freshwater, estuarine, and marine environments. Her project experience includes ecological risk assessment, sediment toxicity investigations, and ecological research.

Sue Trevathan, Senior Scientist. Ms. Trevathan’s 25-year career includes a range of experience as a project manager, environmental scientist, and technical author and editor. She has successfully conducted environmental assessments at aquatic and terrestrial sites, involving complex analyses of multiple contaminants.

Brad Parks, Engineer. Known for his skills in ecological and human health risk assessment, Mr. Parks’ academic and professional experience also includes statistics, data processing, computer programming, and atmospheric and oceanic science.

Silvia Barber, Scientist. With 3 years of experience, Ms. Barber has participated in environmental assessment projects ranging from evaluating agricultural lands for chemical contamination to conducting cost-benefit analyses for road and mining projects. Her skills also include GIS and 3-dimensional modeling and statistical analysis.

Lynn Sellard, Office Administrator. Ms. Sellard has a lengthy tenure directing and coordinating office policies, procedures, and scheduling of assignments to office staff. She coordinates technical document production activities and implements objectives set by the President to ensure the organization’s overall effectiveness.

Amy Logan, Human Resources Manager. Since the company’s inception,
Ms. Logan has assisted and advised Integral managers regarding human resource (HR) issues. As HR Manager she will continue to guide the provision of HR services, policies, and programs that instill an employee-oriented, high performance culture that promotes technical achievement.
